Wayne George Borre

Wayne George Borre, age 83, of Steger, Illinois, passed away on Wednesday, March 22, 2023. Loving brother of 12 siblings and kind uncle of many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Sandra Jean Borre, and his second wife, Ramona Jeanette Messex-Borre. Wayne was a school teacher for many years for District 117 and later became an electrician. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Visitation to be held Tuesday, April 4, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Smits – Steger Memorial Chapel, 3045 Chicago Rd, Steger, IL, 60475. Funeral Mass to follow at 11:30 a.m. at St. Liborius Catholic Church, 71 W 35th St, Steger, IL 60475. Interment at Fairmount Cemetery in Willow Springs, IL.
