William Lenting

William Lenting, age 75, of Crown Point, IN, formerly of Lansing, IL, went home to his Lord and Savior on Saturday, July 8, 2023.  Beloved husband of Anita Lenting, nee Clason.  Loving father of Shelley (Randy) Van Der Noord, Rachel (Frank) Hillegonds, Greg (Jen) Lenting, Brian (Amber) Lenting, Melissa (James) Ophoff, and Allyson (Nathan) Vis.  Cherished grandfather of 27; great-grandfather of 11.  Survived by his five brothers. Kind uncle to many nephews and nieces.  Preceded in death by one brother and one sister, and by his parents Adrian and Jacoba Lenting.

Visitation Tuesday, July 11, 2023 from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Cornerstone Protestant Reformed Church, 13251 W. 109th Ave. Dyer, IN.  Funeral service Wednesday, July 12, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Cornerstone Protestant Reformed Church with services conducted by Rev. Audred Spriensma. The service will be livestreamed at https://www.youtube.com/@cornerstoneprc .  A private family burial service will be held at Memory Lane Memorial Park – Crown Point, IN prior to the funeral service.
