William Norvel Elliott, age 85, of Chicago Heights, Illinois, passed away peacefully May 9, 2014. Beloved husband of Loraine Elliott nee Moutrey. Loving father of Margaret Ann Towson, Alice Faye (Ricky) Krause, Kathie Jane (James) Simmons and Ricky William (Patricia) Elliott. Cherished grandfather of eleven and great-grandfather of eleven. William is also survived by six brothers. He was preceded in death by two brothers and his grandson Nicholas.
