POSKIN William H. Dutch Poskin, age 51, of Steger, IL. passed away Friday July 30, 2010. Beloved husband of Rita Poskin nee Berta. Loving father of Mitzi (Aaron Sullivan) Poskin, Alex Poskin, Eric Poskin. Dear brother of Paul (Sharon) Williamson and John (Debbie) Poskin. William was preceded in death by his parents William and Ora Mae Poskin and his brother Charles Poskin. Visitation will be Monday August 2nd from 2:00 p.m. until time of service at 7:30 p.m. at Smits Funeral Homes-Steger Memorial Chapel (3045 Chicago Rd. Steger, IL.) Inurnment will be at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL. Mr. Poskin was a U.S. Marine Corp. veteran and a retired U.S. Postal service employee.
