William "Bill" G. Witvoet, age 76 of Lynwood, IL went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Tuesday, December 2, 2014. Loving father of William E. Witvoet, Randall S. Witvoet, Richard D. Witvoet, and preceded in death by two infant children Bonnie and Stevie. Devoted grandfather of seven. Dear brother of the late Albert (Mabel) Witvoet, Lena (late Pete) Sjoerdsma, James (Beverly) Witvoet, Gerrit (Mary) Witvoet and Hugo Witvoet. Visitation will be held Friday, December 5, 2014 from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. at Smits, DeYoung-Vroegh Funeral Home, 649 E. 162nd Street (Rt.6/159th St.) South Holland, IL with services conducted by Rev. David Forrest. Interment Homewood Memorial Gardens - Homewood, IL.
