Elaine R. Wick, nee Messerschmidt, age 90, of Dolton, IL, passed away on Wednesday, January 22, 2020. Beloved wife of the late Edward C. Wick for 70 years. Devoted mother of Linda Clarke, Tom (Betty) Wick, Jeff (Jan) Wick and Karen (Scott Shockley) Wick. Proud grandmother of Jason, Justin, Steve, Doug, Mike, Kevin and Christie; great-grandmother of Olivia, Kayleigh, Dominic, Noelle, Jackson, Sawyer, Sophie and Maddox. Dear sister of Roy (Yvonne) Messerschmidt. Elaine was loved by many and will be dearly missed.

Visitation Saturday, January 25, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. until time of the funeral service at 1:00 p.m. at Smits DeYoung-Vroegh Funeral Home (649 E. 162 ^nd St. South Holland, IL) with services conducted by Rev. Michael Udoekong. Interment Oakland Memory Lanes – Dolton, IL.  Memorial contributions may be given to Good Shepherd Church.
