Robert A. Terpstra

Robert A. Terpstra, age 82, of Cedar Lake, IN, passed away Monday, March 30, 2020. Beloved husband of Mary Beth Terpstra, nee Vander Woude. Loving father of  Keith (Karen) Terpstra, Kimberly (John) Siniawski, Kevin (Debbie) Terpstra and the late Kenneth (Deb Kikkert) Terpstra. Proud grandfather of 16 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.  Dear brother of the late Charles (Dolly) Terpstra, late John “Jack” (Dorothy) Terpstra, and late Mildred (Garrett) Eriks. Brother-in-law of Lois (Bob) Vander Woude, Herman (Betty) Vander Woude, Dale (Dolly) Vander Woude, Cheryl (Carl) Padding, late Butch (John) Vander Woude and late Glenn Vander Woude.  Uncle of several nephews and nieces. Preceded in death by his parents Gerrit and Minnie Terpstra.

A private family service will be held at Smits Funeral Home in Dyer, IN.  Interment Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens – Schererville, IN. Mr. Terpstra was a retired route salesman for Pepsi Cola Bottlers and a United States Army Veteran.
